17 Days to Camp
The Cleveland Browns open their training camp on July 23rd, a mere 17 days from now, albeit only for the rookies. Football, the king of sports, is almost back kiddies.
Here are some key questions to ponder as the new season looms-- discuss amongst yourselves:
Here are some key questions to ponder as the new season looms-- discuss amongst yourselves:
- Can Mike Wossname and John Jones plug all the glaring holes on the Packers and make them even remotely competitive this year?
- Can Brad Johnson repeat last year's success, allowing new Viking's coach Brad Wossname to be successful in his rookie year?
- How will Reggie Bush fare in his first year, and will the Texans' fans burn the team's draft "war room" to the ground before the end of the year?
- Will the Colts miss "the Edge" and will Arizona actually be good this year?
- Will T.O. ever achieve the maturity level of, say, a spoiled 4th grader and actually produce anywhere near his talent level? Is the Big Tuna capable of getting top production out of T.O. or is his time past? Come to think of it, was his time ever here, or was he a good head coach who was able to ride the genius of Bill Belechick to his Super Bowl victories?
- Will Duante Culpepper return to his previous above average but never really great form in Miami? If so, will Chris Chambers be this year's Steve Smith/Santana Moss?
- Will the Whizzinator be mentioned in any NFL coverage this year, and if so, in what context?
