Pearls Before Swine
Is my new favorite comic strip. I like Day by Day quite a lot, too, and even-- gasp-- Doonesbury, but they get sooooo political sometimes. Pearls Before Swine is just delightfully bizarre and, imagine this, funny.

I've seen it dude-- saw some of them as they were being written. Heck, I think I may even have given him an idea or two. We go way back, you know. Been a while since I read any of them, of course, but next time I'm at UWM I'll look 'em up in the archived copies of the Post.
