The Case Against Multiculturalistic Tolerance

France's only remaining option is to negotiate a land-for-peace deal with the rioters. The peace talks can take place in Seine-Saint-Denis. Here is my proposal:
1. France would complete a "full withdrawal from all occupied immigrant-majority suburbs."
2. France would recognize "an independent immigrant state with Clichy-Sous-Bois as its capital."
3. France would allow "the free movement of immigrants."
4. Nations of origin would establish "normal relations" and security for France.
That isn't too much to ask for peace in France, is it?
