A Quick Shout Out
To my friends Jim U (otherwise known as Gym Jim) and Scott Matthew (otherwise known as... um... Scott). Scott is the mind behind the origination of Super Fast Pizza, while Jim is the marketing guru and general all-around savvy hospitality/food service expert that is making the concept a reality.
Unfortunately, at this time you can only get a Super Fast Pizza in Fon du Lac, Wisconsin-- but with articles like this in USA Today and interested speculators from places like Britain and the Phillipines, it may not be too long before there's a rolling pizza oven of death (sorry Jim, couldn't resist) in your neighborhood. I've tried the pizza-- it's quite good. Better than Dominos without question, and it really does get to you fast and hot.
